Refund and Returns Policy

All sales are final. However, if your item was received damaged we will replace the item. If the item is out of stock, you may opt for a full refund. Send us an email at admin@nat1publishing.com with a photo of the item and a photo of the package or envelope that it was sent in. If you never received your order, email us at admin@nat1publishing.com fourteen (14) days after you have been notified of its shipment; please include your mailing address for verification.

If thirty (30) days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within fourteen days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
